Summary: We were very tired after driving 8+ hours. Check in was a little confusing when they asked for a cc for incidentals. I inserted my card and the total came up. Quickly removed it, and asked for incidentals only? Counter person said yes but it also verifies your cc payment. Normally I use my debit for incidentals, then pay with my cc. The counter person had no way of knowing this so it was ok and we got it straightened out. Our stay was fine.

Summary: Hotel needs updating. Carpets look dirty, elevator sounded like it was going to fall off the cable and it was unkept. Too many dogs! Noisy! Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Won’t be back.

Summary: This hotel is exceptionally clean and pleasant. The staff even sent me a text to check if everything was okay during my stay, which was a thoughtful touch. The facilitators were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding—delicious and varied. The price was excellent for the quality provided. Next time I visit, I won’t bother looking for another place—I’ll just come straight back here!

Summary: Front counter staff not at all good. Never greated or acknowledged, brusk and borderline rude, and when I had an issue with billing, which I still do, I gave up and just said nevermind ill call 800 number.
